Refund Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality products and do our best to provide you with images and information to help you make your purchase.
However, if something arrives and is not what you’re after, we’ll gladly exchange the item/s for a store credit/online gift card, but do not refund for change of mind.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, include labels, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase provided.
Exchanges can be made in-store or via post. For postal exchanges, return shipping will be at your expense and we will issue you with a store credit/online gift card upon receipt.
Faulty Items
We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. However, if an item is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, as we must lodge a claim within 24 hours of you receiving your goods.
Please email the following to lillirosedesign@gmail.com:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the box/packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
We’ll resolve the issue for you. If a replacement is available, we’ll send it to you, or we’ll process a refund if necessary.
Please note:
- There is NO exchange or refund on SALE items.
- No exchange or refund on earrings or dummies due to hygiene reasons.
- All gift cards are non transferrable.
- We do not offer refund or exchange on Afterpay sales.
- For change of mind returns please email lillirosedesign@gmail.com to start the process and receive return instructions.
